Dorothy Perkins Returns After 14 Days

You can return products to the stores if you don't like them after you purchase them. Postal service or other carriers are also options. If you are returning a product, make sure all the tags are attached to the product. 
It should also be in its original packaging as well. The manufacturer recommends that you do not return a product that you have washed or worn. There are certain products, such as swimwear and undergarments, which cannot be returned without hygiene. Because of hygiene conditions, you cannot return pierced jewellery.

Can I Return Faulty Items To Dorothy Perkins?

We will need to receive your order back if you cancel your contract with us after receiving it. In that case, you will receive a full refund according to the refund policy of the company. We regret to inform you that if the hygiene seal on cosmetics and pierced jewellery is missing or damaged, a refund cannot be offered. This also applies to swimwear and lingerie.

It is our policy to check all returns for quality - items should be included with their original packaging and be returned in an unused, unused condition. Our return policy does not allow refunds for ineligible returns.

How Long Does It Take To Process My Return At Dorothy Perkins?
